World Wide Fittings
Illinois-based manufacturer World Wide Fittings (WWF) supplier of steel and stainless hydraulic fittings for end users in construction, agriculture, and heavy equipment, identified the need to improve efficiency within their production processes. WWF automated some repetitive processes with the aid of a Mitsubishi Electric robot, freeing up staff to work on more complicated processes.
Tefal SAS
The high cost of energy in the manufacturing process led French manufacturer Tefal SAS, to implement ICONICS software suite. The solution handles data from multiple meters, transformers, disparate PLCs and manufacturing data. With its new ICONICS energy management solution, Tefal was now able to automatically accumulate energy consumption by equipment, area and site. The ICONICs software allows Tefal to obtain the insights they need to reduce energy consumption.
PGT Industries
PGT, a pioneer manufacturer of impact resistant window and door industry, implemented ICONICS Productivity Analytics software ahead of a planned investment in capital. The software applied to critical production assets to analyze the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the current plant generated insight into improvements in efficiency.
