The Supercool Freezing Drawer is capable of both supercool freezing and hot freezing. Mitsubishi Electric sensor and supercool freezing technology detect the food temperature precisely and automatically adjust the airflow to cool down fresh food items. Once food is supercooled, i.e., below its freezing point without turning it to solid, extremely cold air is blown to turn it instantly into ice. This evolutionary freezing process helps in preserving the food’s original taste and texture. On the other hand, hot freezing uses a LED Sensor, which is designed to detect hot food and adjust the cold air flow directly onto the hot food. This saves time while also preserving the quality and freshness of the food.
