The Supercool Freezing Drawer is capable of both supercool freezing and hot freezing. Mitsubishi Electric sensor and supercool freezing technology detect the food temperature precisely and automatically adjust the airflow to cool down fresh food items. Once food is supercooled, i.e., below its freezing point without turning it to solid, extremely cold air is blown to turn it instantly into ice. This evolutionary freezing process helps in preserving the food’s original taste and texture.
