Top Tips for Redeeming Your Gift Card
Have you just purchased an eligible Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner? Here are our top tips to make your gift card claim easy and hassle-free.
Before you start your claim, make sure you have clear digital photos or scans of the following:
- Your receipt/tax invoice showing a $0 owing balance.
- A utility bill or rates notice with the same address as listed on the receipt.
- A photo of the outdoor unit’s serial number.
Tip: Files must be saved in JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF format — the system won’t accept anything else.
Once your claim is submitted, it’s a smart move to take a screenshot of the confirmation screen with your claim number. If you don’t see a confirmation screen at the end of the process, your claim may not have been processed successfully. In that case, reach out to the gift card helpline for help on 1800 200 878 or send an email to [email protected]
The validation process can take up to two weeks. You’ll receive an email with the next steps, so don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder, just in case!
And most importantly – all claims must be submitted by the 31st of August 2025. Be sure to submit yours on time to avoid missing out!
