SCARA Robots
RH-CRL
The RH-CR line of industrial SCARA robots are lightweight, full function robots ready to meet the needs of today’s manufacturers at a great price. With a range of payloads, reaches, and protection ratings to choose from, these robots are well suited for Pick & Place, Assembly, Material Handling and Packaging applications.
Compact design with fewer parts, such as not using a belt for drive transmission, improves reliability, and other compact designs that reduce the number of parts. Maintenance is also improved.
Tact time improvement due to top class operation speed in the same payload zone.
High performance is achieved in situations where many wrist movements are required, such as workpiece changeover in the machining centre.
No need to arrange or periodically replace batteries for the controller and robot arm. No need to consider space for replacement work. No risk of losing program data or origin due to battery failure.
Parallel IO interface card is standard on the controller.32 external inputs/outputs each can be used for hand and peripheral device control.
