Thanks to simplified accessibility to plant metrics and operating parameters, ClimaPRO+ monitors current unit operation in real time, translating the data into clear and easy-to-read reports and predicting operational problems that may occur in the plant room. ClimaPRO+ reliably controls the plant room, preventing any downtime, thus always making any mission-critical business applications available. This makes ClimaPRO+ the perfect solution for process applications and data centres, where cooling must be ensured 24/7. With extreme precision, the software adjusts any type of source on both the primary and secondary circuits, thus ensuring energy savings up to 40% higher than those of manually controlled plants. DATA CENTER MANAGER

DATA CENTER MANAGER is a centralised management and control system specifically designed for data centre applications. Through advanced logic specifically developed for Mitsubishi Electric units, the software manages the operation of the indoor chilled water CRAC units with the outdoor chillers. The indoor unit’s regulation is demanded by the Master unit, which uses a smart algorithm named ADS (Adaptive Set Point) to instantaneously detect the real heat loads inside the data centre and transfer such information to the external group of chillers, thus optimising their functioning and resources to provide maximum global efficiency. The results range up to a 70% efficiency improvement to the air conditioning system whilst significantly decreasing the data centre’s global PUE value (Power Usage Effectiveness).

HPC System controller and optimiser

Hydronic Plant Connect (HPC) is a new control logic, completely integrated into the units’ controller, that allows the management of the entire hydronic IT cooling plant, from the chillers to the indoor conditioners, including pumps and feeding valves.

The result is a unique algorithm, currently patent-pending, that can enhance system efficiency by leveraging partial loads, redundant units, and favourable ambient conditions. The system relies on proprietary devices and a devoted infrastructure: a KIPLAN network connects 1 LAN group of external chillers (up to 8 units, with Multimanager) to up to 20 LAN groups of indoor chilled water units (up to 15 units per group).

HPC manages chillers, CRAHs, and pumps, optimising the entire chilled water IT Cooling system. Working on time intervals, HPC evaluates the operating conditions of each component and adjusts the working parameters to maximise the overall efficiency.

HPC is extremely versatile and easy to use. Its plug-and-play features make it the winning solution not only for large structures but also for small or medium-sized data centres and future proofing system expansions.

SEQUENCER HVAC hydronic unit system sequence monitoring

Specially designed for use in Comfort and Process applications, SEQUENCER monitors the sequence of hydronic units in the HVAC system by ensuring the activation of units based on load requests received from the system. Its software ensures the equal distribution of the resources' hours of operation or activates a priority sequence according to the type of unit or the need to produce domestic hot water.
