Internal Sales Engineer

Mitsubishi Electric Australia is currently seeking the services of an internal sales professional to join our dynamic HVAC team based in Melbourne.

In this challenging role, your major responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the needs of our experienced sales team and the network of specialist Dealers, contractors, and consultants;
• Preparing project quotations and providing technical assistance;
• Navigating technical specifications and drawings to provide optimal solutions;
• Assisting in the development of new customers and the securing of future opportunities from existing customers.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess some of the following key attributes:

• The desire to be part of a fast-paced sales environment where customer service is the key to success;
• The ability to build and maintain relationships;
• Logical thinking and ability to problem solve technical issues;
• An engineering qualification;
• Relevant experience in air conditioning system design, application engineering, or experience in a related industry;
• You will also need to be a self-starter, be able to work unassisted, and communicate effectively at all levels;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
