Pipe chocolate on the inside of the glasses to make mouth and scars, then pipe a hairline on the outside of the glasses and fill in. Coat with chocolate sprinkles. Stick chocolate cups to the outside of the glasses with some melted chocolate.
Put the ice cream, milk icing sugar and vanilla in a blender and purée until smooth. Tint with green food colouring, then pour into the glasses.
