Hot Water Systems
PWFY-EP100VM-E1-AU
Mitsubishi Electric has designed Air to Water (ATW) Series utilising CITY MULTI heat pump and heat recovery technologies to provide hot water.
Both heat pump and heat recovery technologies, compared to conventional systems of boilers, not only have incredible design flexibility, excellent use of energy and reduce CO2 emissions, there is a further reduction in capital costs. Negating the need for the installation of gas supply entirely, the ATW Series can provide hot water by means of electricity, and integrated in a CITY MULTI air conditioning system
PWFY-EP100VM-E1-AU HEX unit converts waste energy from the CITY MULTI outdoor unit to hot water temperatures up to 45°C and cold water up to 8°C. The HEX unit is ideal for applications such as floor heating, panel heater, fan-coil unit (AHU).
CITY MULTI outdoor units, both air cooled heat pump/heat recovery or water-cooled heat pump/heat recovery can be connected to the ATW system depending on the system structure. This allows hot water to be produced while being integrated into a CITY MULTI VRF air conditioning system.
The 12.5 kW hot water module can product water temperatures up to 70°C which is suitable for sanitary water applications such as for gyms, hotels and motels, apartments, commercial kitchens and laundries, office buildings, and food processing industry.
