SYDNEY 15 January, 2007 – Mitsubishi Electric Australia’s HL650U portable SXGA+ projector enables users to experience stellar high resolution images with crystal-clear picture quality. Featuring Super Extended Graphics Array (SXGA+) resolution, the HL650U offers users the ability to project images at 1400x1050 native resolution – perfect for presentations from high end PCs.
With an immaculate brightness of 3100 lumens, the HL650U delivers clear presentations even in large or well-lit rooms. The latest generation inorganic C2 fine LCD panels have twice the service life of organic orientation film, ensuring high-quality images that retain their sharpness and vibrancy over the long run.
Colour technologies such as sRGB and 3D Colour Uniformity also add to the excellence of the displayed images, ensuring truer colour reproduction by matching hue variations in the colour spectrum. Also, the wall colour support feature allows the projection of high quality images onto coloured walls.
“The HL650U projector not only reduces running costs, its high resolution display system with superb picture quality and brightness delivers a superior experience to users,” said Thomas Seeto, Director, Mitsubishi Electric Australia.
Light source lamp temperature control allows optimum settings, leading to a long life lamp of up to 5,000 hours (in low mode). This makes for dramatic reductions in running cost, while at the same time reducing maintenance downtime for lamp replacements. If a lamp needs to be replaced, it can easily be removed from the side of the projector. This is especially useful if the projector is mounted to a ceiling or a wall bracket.
Running at a low noise level of 29dBA, the HL650U has a quiet fan which is unobtrusive and will not distract from the presentation.
