  • DLP™ (0.7" 12-degree DMD™ 1 Chip)
  • High Brightness of 500 cd/m² (Bright mode)
  • 1600:1 Contrast ratio
  • Space-saving, lightweight design - only 77.8 cm deep
  • Typical Screen-to-Screen Gap - 2mm
  • Option Board for Video, Scaling and UXGA

The 67" VS-67XL50U sets the new global standard in Display Wall solutions. Its high brightness of 500cd/m² and super-high contrast ratio of 1600:1, combined with superior image processing, vivid colour rendition and a host of performance-enhancing features produces an exceptionally sharp, perfectly balanced image across the entire display wall area.

This model employs the same basic light engine as the 50" VS-50XL50U yet provides a larger screen size for applications where viewing distances can accommodate a lower pixel density per inch with the benefit of a larger viewing area.

Dynamic Brightness Balancing

Each Mitsubishi display wall cube is equipped with a built-in brightness sensor (brightness is measured every 2 seconds). The Dynamic Brightness Balancing circuit then communicates the measured brightness data between all cubes and automatically performs the necessary adjustments to maintain optimum brightness uniformity across the entire display wall.

Colour Space Control
Mitsubishi's original industry proven Digital Colour Space Control (digital colour balancing and blending circuit) compensates for colour and brightness differences among multi-screen configurations. This system adjusts the Gain, and the Red, Green and Blue (RGB) primary colours, plus other mixed colours to provide consistent colour blending and brilliance uniformity across the entire display wall.

Smart Lamp
The lamp module of each Mitsubishi display wall cube stores its own colour characteristics. This data is then utilized when replacing the lamp in one or more cubes within the display wall. Upon replacement, the cube with the new lamp automatically communicates that lamp’s data with all other cubes and performs the Colour Space Control adjustment to rebalance the entire display wall, saving time and reducing maintenance costs.

Smart Colourwheel
The colour wheel module of each Mitsubishi display wall cube stores its own colour characteristics. This data is then utilized when replacing the colour wheel in one or more cubes within the display wall. Upon replacement, the cube with the new colour wheel automatically communicates that colour wheel’s data with all other cubes and performs the Colour Space Control adjustment to rebalance the entire display wall, saving time and reducing maintenance costs.

12 Bit Dither & Gamma Circuit
Mitsubishi's original 12-Bit Dither & Gamma Circuit enables the display of truly natural gradation (gray-scale) by accurately rendering both bright and dark areas for precise half-tone images. This circuit also processes frame (time axis) direction to ensure smoother gradation and optimum colour fidelity for all images.

Digital Gradation Circuit
Mitsubishi's original 12-Bit Digital Gradation Circuit can elevate the brightness level at the edges of the screen - where brightness usually fades, in order to ensure the optimum brightness distribution and uniformity over multi-screen tiled configurations.

High Contrast Ratio
The combination of Mitsubishi's original high quality new optical system, super high-contrast screen and 12-degree DMD™ DDR chip (with black metal coating), allow the VS-67XL50U Display Wall Cube to deliver an outstanding contrast ratio of 1600:1 and reproduce sharp, brilliant images with rich, vibrant colours.

And More...
  • Option Board allows for daisy-chain of up to 16 cubes without an external processor.

  • Accepts a wide range of input signals from VGA – SXGA as standard.

  • Front viewable LED status indicator can be viewed even when lamp is off.

  • Brightness optimization mechanism for maximum light output.

  • Dual Brightness modes – select between high brightness or longer lamp life.

  • Space-saving, light-weight design with easy-access rear service panel doors.

  • Sealed engine room keeps dust out of the cube enclosure to further reduce maintenance costs.

  • Automatic lamp changer model (VS-67XLW50U) available.
