Diamond Voice/Actiontec EX560LK firmware update

1. Save the file e620a_aust2.exe to a directory on your hard disk drive, then run the file to extract its contents.

2. To upgrade the EX560LK modem firmware run the "Flash32.exe" program.

3. When asked which upgrade file to use select "e620a_aust2.hex" and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Do not turn the power off to the modem or the computer during the firmware upgrade.

4. Once the modem firmware has been upgraded delete the modem and re-install the drivers
