With its ultra-powerful short throw lens, the WD500U-ST is capable of projecting an amazing 152cm widescreen diagonal image from just 70cm away, making the most of available space no matter how limited. This feature can especially come in handy when in a ceiling installed configuration, as the short throw distance means the user can stand in front of the projection without their shadow getting in the way of the presentation.

With an outstanding 2100 ANSI lumens brightness and a 2500:1 contrast ratio, the WD500U-ST delivers bright, eye catching images, and because of the very short distance the light has to travel thanks to its short throw lens, the WD500U-ST performs exceptionally in ambient light conditions. The projector also features superior colour reproduction, thanks to its six segment colour wheel and BrilliantColorTM Technology.

With it's compact size, light weight of just 3.4kg, centre lens design and quick shutdown feature, the WD500U-ST is also easy to set-up and transport, making it ideal for presentations on the move.
